We used this for a kids events. It's cute and looks like a crab. But there is no support in the hat to hold the legs and eyes in place. Your head becomes the support which is great if the hat fits perfectly.I was so crabby, but still managed to put a smile on the kids & grandparents faces at our grandparents lunch at school!We used the crab hat for halloween, my family did a spongebob theme and my husband wore the hat all night! Super comfy and the arm and eyes are bendable!Adequate for what we paid for. Rather tight on an adult head.Good for the price. You should be able to use it several times. I have an avearge size head for a guy, and it fit fine. The feet were not as pictured, they were horizontal not vertical, no biggie...It's a nice hat--minus the eye came broken the wire underneath the eye needs resewn.I don't like to return items--unless they are expensive or completely unacceptable. This was just a gag gift for my husband so I didn't think it worth the hassle of returning it. HOWEVER, it is LIKELY this was damaged BEFORE it was shipped because of the nature of the damage. It is an easy fix, but it should NOT have come damaged. Obviously.So, buyer beware.Super cute great for any kid party under the water themedYou get what you pay for. I had to sew the eye to stand up straight because it was leaning to the side, other than that its cheap fabric but thats why it was cheap.
