I received the hat in good shape. It's a decent hat, but not as pictured. There is no conch on the band and no chin cord. Only a small braided hat band. It is not a henschel brand hat. It's only stamped made in China.That hat was shipped crushed, stuffed in the box with another item. It took some time and effort on my part to get it back to the original shape. Aside from that it is a great hat.Perfect! It sits on the border between hiker hat, farmer hat, and ranch hand hat. Very versatile! Build quality is fine for the price, exceeded my expectations of value and would recommend!This has been a fantastic hat for my husband while he is out working in the Texas sun. Very nice quality. Easily shaped.After a couple weeks of wearing this hat, it has begun to fray a bit. I would say it is a delicate hat.I was shopping for a nice western straw hat and found this one to beperfect for what I wanted.Nice fit, looks good
